G'day. I'm Michael.
For 15+ years, I've been the person who makes technology actually work inside Tasmanian organisations. Universities, hospitals, pathology labs, government departments.
I've moved whole organisations onto new systems. Led cyber security and cloud projects where getting it wrong wasn't an option. Sat with the teams who had to live with the result.
Along the way I noticed something. The technology was rarely the problem. The problem was nobody had time to work out where it fit, set it up properly, and make sure people used it.

Is a 45-minute call really enough to assess my business?
For a small business, yes. Big firms need weeks because they're interviewing 50 people across five departments. You've got a handful of people, and you already know where the time goes. I ask the right questions and do the thinking afterwards.
What if the automation doesn't work?
Then it isn't finished. I don't hand anything over until it runs properly in your business. And you get two weeks of support after handover to iron out anything that comes up.
What happens if something breaks?
Message me and I'll reply the same business day. No ticket queue, no call centre. You deal with me. Retainer clients get priority.
Is my business data safe?
Yes. I've worked in IT and cybersecurity for years, so it's the first thing I check. I only use trusted tools, I set them up so your data stays yours, and I'll tell you in plain English what each tool can and can't see.
